Les Galets
Syrah and Grenache on rolled pebbles. A wine of fruit, sun, and stone.
Coteaux de Cérinhac · since 1928
The estate
Fifteen hectares of russet scree on the hillsides of Cérinhac. Vines worked biodynamically, harvested by hand, fermented with indigenous yeasts. Wines harvested when ready, aged without force, bottled when mature.
The terroir
The hillsides of Cérinhac rest on a bed of clay and limestone, covered by a mantle of rolled pebbles that stores the day's heat and releases it at night. A microclimate shaped by the Orbelle valley and the north wind.
The estate
Étienne Grézeau planted his first vines here in 1928. Nearly a century later, his granddaughter Clémence still prunes the old plots herself, farmed biodynamically since 2014 and Demeter-certified in 2022.
