Since the first vine was planted in 1928, Domaine des Grèzes Rouges has held to four commitments: living soil, handcraft, transparency and generosity in sharing. These values are not slogans; they are everyday acts in the vineyard.
Demeter-certified biodynamic farming. Nothing synthetic, no insecticides. We listen to the soil — its tiny fauna, its fungi, its minerals — because it is the soil that speaks to the grape.
Harvest entirely by hand. Sorting berry by berry. Amphorae for ageing the Rolle. No needless additives. Each bottle carries the mark of a moment, a plot, a human hand.
You are welcome at the estate. A walk through the vines, a visit to the cellar. Tasting wines as they age. Meeting Clémence and Tristan. Hearing the real stories, not the marketing labels.
