The spirit of the visit
We keep no shop and run no tour. A visit here is closer to a conversation: the rows first, where the pebbles warm in the sun, then the cellar, then the tasting table. We welcome few people at a time, so there is room for every question.

The rows
About 30 minutes
We walk out into the Galets plot. You hold a stone in your hand and see why the vine struggles here, and why it gives its best here.

The cellar
About 30 minutes
Concrete vats, oak demi-muids, amphorae: each wine has its vessel. Clémence explains what she does in the cellar, and above all what she chooses not to do.

The table
About an hour
In the vaulted cellar, twelve wines by the glass, from saline rolle to old-vine syrah. Bread, the neighbour's olive oil, and time to taste.
Who welcomes you
Clémence or Tristan, never a guide.
Clémence makes and blends the wines, Tristan tends the vines. Depending on the season and the day's work, one or the other will welcome you under the cellar porch.
They are the ones who prune, taste the juice and decide when to bottle: you talk with the hands that make the wine.

From mid-August to mid-September we do not receive visitors: the estate takes its breath.
No sales at the estate
We do not sell bottles on site. We will point you to the wine shop nearest to you.
Access and languages
The cellar is on one level; the plot is reached by a dirt path. Visits in French and English.
Getting here
Five minutes
from the village.
Leave Cérinhac-sur-Orbelle on the D-99 towards Saint-Marcel. The chemin des Grèzes turns off to the right, just after the bridge over the Orbelle. Ring at the gate, then follow the almond-tree lane to the cellar porch.
