L'Aube Claire

We pick it early in the morning, while the cool of the night is still in the grapes. Direct pressing of Grenache and Cinsault, picked from our coolest plots at the foot of the hillside. No maceration: the juice, the stone and time.

On the palate it opens on white peach, drifts towards acacia blossom and ends on a saline touch that comes from the pebbles. A rosé to serve well chilled, in the shade of the lime tree.
