Tasting notes
Born on the south-facing Cérinhac hillsides, La Combe Rousse offers deep fruit, threaded with notes of wild thyme and a stony freshness. The palate stays supple, precise and generous.
Food pairing: superb with lamb roasted with garrigue herbs, grilled chops or a lamb tagine with prunes. At the table with local cheeses too — an aged Pélardon or a ewe's milk tomme. A wine for a meal, generous and unfussy.
