Le Clos de Cérinhac

Born on the stony heights of Cérinhac, this clos catches the full sun from dawn and keeps the cool of the evening. The blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah gives a structured wine, with firm but polished tannins, carried by notes of garrigue, black pepper and ripe dark fruit.

A long maceration and patient ageing in oak demi-muids give it structure and roundness, without ever masking the mineral character of the terroir.
