Les Lauzes

Les Lauzes is our white for the hottest days. It takes its name from the lauzes, the flat stones that still roof the capitelle, the dry-stone shepherd's hut in the middle of the plot. Picked early in the morning on our stoniest rows, it draws its brightness from this mineral ground.

On the nose, white flowers and a hint of citrus. On the palate it is lively and saline, with a tension that calls for a platter of seafood, or simply an aperitif in the grass.
